WHAT IS ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is the world's largest management system certification and implementation of the ISO 9001 helps you to establish an effective system in your organization. ISO 9001 is not product certification but ensures that an organization's management systems are effective and meet the requirement of the ISO 9001 the latest version of the QMS standards.
ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to (although this is not a requirement). It can be used by any organization, large or small, regardless of its field of activity. There are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001. -

Food Safety means adequate controls on presence of food-based hazards in food at the time of its consumptions.
Food safety is not single stage controls but is combined efforts of all the party participating in the food chain, this includes Feed Producers, Primary Producers through manufacturer, Transporter, Store operator, wholesalers, retailers, Caterers, Food Service Outlets and Producers of Equipment, Packaging Materials, Cleaning Agents, Additives & preservatives & Ingredients and Service providers.

INSPECTION AND TESTING SERVICES "ITS”” is committed to providing and delivering the Customer great service, great support and great marketing to make the business of our client's compliance, efficient, effective, easy and enjoyable experience.
In order to accomplish our mission, "ITS” Committees has set up and maintains the quality management system which is based on the legislation in force, on the international standards ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems Requirements and ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 Conformity assessment Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems and other documents issued by the reputed international accreditation organizations,
"ITS” Committees provide services in a professional, impartial, and transparent manner and is fully aware of their role. It also plays a very important role in improving the quality of services in every economy,
"ITS” promises a continual improvement of its own performance in accordance to the standards. According to the standards, "ITS” shall not provide services like consultancy in order to award and maintain certification or other activities that may influence its reliability and impartiality,
"ITS” Quality Management System is planned, documented, implemented, and controlled. We check the implementation of the quality policy and also of other policies through results of internal audits, the satisfaction of clients and authorities along with the status of effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, measures which are the outcome of the management reviews, changes that may affect the quality management system as well as the recommendations for improvement,
We are conscious that only a well-trained and competent staff, with a practical experience is the key to an appropriate and effective performance of certification procedures,
"ITS” will organize continuous training for our staff (internal and external) as well as monitoring their effectiveness.

Impartiality policy
INSPECTION AND TESTING SERVICES "ITS” declares that it will comply with the requirements of and ensure impartiality within all its certification activities for all the personnel related to the activities.
The confidentiality, objectivity and impartiality of the certification activities by and on behalf of "ITS” shall not be affected by the activities of the certified clients. To Show Effective Implementation of policy "ITS” will not provide and allow the following: • Consultancy services for realization, continuity, and sustenance of certification. • Services for designing, implementing, or maintaining a management system. • Certification services against or on behalf of other certification bodies. • All Personnel working for "ITS” will not provide Certification Services to any Consultancy. • "ITS” will not allow any consultancy organization to market or offer the activities of "ITS” • "ITS” shall not state or imply that certification would be simpler, easier, faster, or less expensive if a specific consultancy organization was used. • "ITS” employees shall not participate in the decision process of management system issues. • "ITS” & its employees shall not participate in the preparation and procurement of manuals, guides, and procedures. • "ITS” will not provide specific and detailed advice or training on the design, implementation, and maintenance of management systems subject to certification. • There shall be no pressure of any kind (financial, trade, administrative, moral, or other) over "ITS” the personnel regarding the execution of their obligation QMS Certification Body according to ISO/IEC17021-1:Latest versions. "ITS” identifies, analyzes, and documents all possibilities for conflict of interest that emerge from certification processes including any conflicts that emerge from its relations. The presence of relations does not necessarily position the "ITS” in a situation of conflict of interests. If some relations create impartiality threats, "ITS” documents and eliminates or decreases such threats. This information is presented to the Impartiality committee members. It is necessary to cover all possible conflict of interest sources that are identified regardless of their origin. "ITS” requires all employees, internal and external, to comply with impartiality rules as well as reveal any situation known to them that may present them or "ITS” with a conflict of interests. "ITS” will use this information as input in identifying threats to impartiality raised by the activities of such personnel or by the organization that employ them. Such personnel, internal or external shall not be used unless they demonstrate that there is no conflict of interest. "ITS” will not undertake any action that threatens the impartiality and/or are potential conflict of interest. When certain relations create an unacceptable impartiality threat, then the certification shall not be conducted. "ITS” will not certify another certification body for its activities related to management system certification. -
Trademark policy
INSPECTION AND TESTING SERVICES "ITS” has a certification Logo "Trademark" which will be used by the certified Clients. The certification Logo include the logo of "ITS". The Logo of "ITS" should be used only when: • The Client organization is certified (Certification is still valid), • The other requirements defined in the procedure for certification issued from "ITS", are met. The "ITS" Logo may be placed also in the: • Letterhead of documents, • Promotional materials. It is forbidden the use of "ITS" Logo in: • Reports or certificates which are not part of the certification scope, • If the Client organization performs also uncertified conformity assessments, they should be part of a specific report, • In the products and business cards of the Client organization, • It is forbidden the use of "ITS" logo from those Client organizations to which the certification has been suspended (completely or partially) throughout the duration of the suspension. • In any document neither promotional nor ordinary, • In cases of certification withdrawal, the Client organization must immediately stop using the "ITS" logo. The inappropriate use of "ITS" Logo may cause the suspension of certification and the repeated use may lead to the withdrawal of certification. The use of fake logo constitutes a penal offense.
